This is a sixties handbill (flier printed prior to the show)  It was for a 1966 Chet Helms Show at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. It is original and done by STANLEY MOUSE AND ALTON KELLEY. This is FD 28 and known as Zebra Man.
